CHARD Town will be missing the services of goalkeeper Jason Hutchings for today's Toolstation league game at home to Ashton and Backwell today (3pm).
Hutchings badly damaged his wrist in last Saturday's 3-2 at Barnstaple.
Fricker said: “We don’t know the extent of the damage yet but it may be a fracture and he will definitely be out for a few weeks.
“It’s a massive blow for us as he’s a quality keeper and I’m not sure who will be replacing him at home to Ashton and Backwell in the league on Saturday.
“However, on the plus side, Mike McCormack is on his way back after a long injury which will be a real boost to our midfield.”
For the second week running Chard reserves are without a fixture and have only played one home game since September.
Chard Under-18s are away to Weston-super-Mare at Woodspring Stadium next Tuesday, November 25, kick-off 7.45pm.
