ANGLING: Courtney catches well on the canal
ILMINSTER AA juniors held a match on Ilminster Canal on Saturday and some good weights were recorded.
Courtney Pas came out on top again, this time with 3lb 9oz of roach, perch and skimmers from peg 1, fishing the long pole.
The event was sponsored by MBH Industrial Services and Creasefield and was supervised by Scott Jackson among others.
Result: 1 Courtney Pas (3lb 9oz), 2 Clifford Richardson (3lb), 3 Mathew Adams (1lb 4oz), 4 Kallum (1lb 3oz), 5 Bradley Lawrence (15oz), 6 Matthew Parker (10oz).
The next match is at Dillington on June 14.
