YEOVIL Town gained another important three-point haul on Saturday when they came from a goal down to beat Colchester United 3-2 at Huish Park.
Steven Gillespie had given the visitors a first-half lead, but Yeovil roared back in the second period to take a 3-1 advantage with goals from Dean Parrett, Lawson D'Ath and Andy Williams.
Martin Rowlands netted a late second for Colchester, just moments after Kieran Agard had been sent-off for the Glovers.
But Yeovil held on for the win.
It was a vital win as all of their rivals at the bottom end of the table, apart from Wycombe Wanderers, all won.
Yeovil remain in 18th spot - five points above the relegation zone.
