ENGLAND Women moved on from their matches in Taunton last week to wrap up tri-series victory against New Zealand and South Africa.
And women and girls inspired by England can give the sport a go with Chard Cricket Club’s Women’s XI.
They take part in a soft ball league and cricket festivals, the latest in Street last Sunday (Chard winning two of their four games).
The team train every Friday, from 6.30pm, at Chard Cricket Club, with the emphasis on a fun atmosphere.
