CHARD Town have three matches left as they complete their Toolstation Western League First Division campaign for 2017/18.

They claimed a 2-2 draw at home to high-flying Cheddar on Wednesday night, with Ben Haines and James Boyland on target.

Tomorrow (ko 3pm), Chippenham Park visit Zembard Lane, before Chard are once again at home on Tuesday night (May 8, ko 7.30pm), against Almondsbury UWE.

The Robins then wrap up their season with a trip to Bishop Sutton on Thursday (May 10, ko 7.30pm).

Taoufik Ben-Salem should be available for Chard again, having completed a three-match ban against Cheddar.

In Macron Devon & Exeter League Division 1, Chard Reserves play a ‘double header’ with Sidmouth Reserves over the Bank Holiday weekend.

Tomorrow they visit Sidmouth (ko 3pm), and on Monday (May 7, ko 3.30pm) they entertain the same opponents.

ILMINSTER Town have two home matches at the Archie Gooch Pavilion, as they look to put more distance between themselves and the Somerset County League Premier Division relegation zone.

Tuesday night saw them outgunned by Middlezoy Rovers, losing 3-0, so they will look for a better outcome when they host Nailsea United tomorrow (ko 2pm).

Nailsea are up in seventh spot, so it will be another tough test for 13th-placed Ilminster.

On Bank Holiday Monday, the Blues entertain Stockwood Green (ko 3pm), with their visitors currently in ninth.

With the County League unsure how many teams may be relegated (due to league restructuring), Ilminster are eager to finish as high as possible.

In Division 1 West, Combe St Nicholas are looking to put their last two results behind them - 8-0 and 8-1 defeats - with a home match tomorrow (ko 3pm).

It's another tough fixture, though, as second-bottom Combe host third-placed Uphill Castle.
