HOLYROOD Under-15 Girls Rugby swept all before them at the county finals tournament last week.
The tournament was held at England Rugby’s new 3G pitch in Weston-super-Mare and included the best schools from across Somerset.
Holyrood played five matches on the day, scoring 18 tries and conceding just one, and the squad will now progress to the regional finals on March 29.
Head of Holyrood Rugby Simon Jenkins said: “The whole squad was outstanding on the day and represented the Academy with pride and commitment.
“It was impossible to pick a player of the tournament as they all played so well.
“Holyrood is quickly establishing itself as one of the best girls’ rugby schools in the South West.
“All of the girls play at Chard RFC and they are really benefiting from regular training together, both at school and at the club.”
