CHARD Town return to Toolstation league action tomorrow when they visit Hengrove (3pm).
Substitute striker Adam Cole struck twice for the Robins last weekend to underline the growing strength of Adam Fricker’s squad.
Cole, who is looking to enjoy a full season after completing his studies at Bristol University, is one of a number of young players making their mark this season.
And Fricker said: “Our squad is looking really good at the moment.
“We don’t have a massive squad but we do have a number of versatile players which gives us plenty of options.
“In addition to Adam, Ben Haines has done well at left back this season while Braeden Symes, who has come up from the Under-18s, looks to have a really bright future.
“The recent arrival of Scott Holland has also been a major plus, and he did a job for us up front in the cup game last Wednesday.
“At the moment one of my biggest jobs is to try to rotate the side and keep everyone happy.”
