South Petherton man Jason White to stand trial after Whitelackington car crash
A SOUTH Petherton man accused of motoring offences after a car crash last year has appeared before Somerset Magistrates.
Jason John White, 29, of St Michaels Gardens, appeared in the dock before the court at Yeovil.
He admitted a charge that on August 1 at Whitelackington he drove an Audi A1 on the B3168 without due care and attention.
However he denied a further allegation that he failed to stop.
Both offences were adjourned for a trial to take place before the court at Yeovil on January 18, and he was released on bail.
