WEST Chinnock Playschool has been celebrating the most successful Ofsted report possible over the summer.
The playschool was inspected days before the summer break and was found to be “outstanding” in all areas.
The group, based at West Chinnock Primary School, prides itself on the level of care and support it provides for all the young children and this was reflected in an overwhelmingly positive report which praised the staff.
The report said: “Children make excellent progress in their learning and development due to the superb teaching by all staff.”
The report also praised the staff and management for their communication with parents.
“An excellent range of information is shared with parents which keeps them extremely well informed of their child's progress,” it read.
“Parents are overwhelmingly positive about the pre-school and staff.”
The playschool manager, Denise Cox, was thrilled with the report which reiterates the strong feeling within the community and amongst parents of the provision this thriving playschool provides.
