A TAUNTON man accused of inappropriately touching a women on a train on three occasions has been charged with five counts of sexual assault against three women.
Gary Davies, aged 53, of Shoreditch Road, was arrested after a 30-year-old woman reported being touched on three occasions between December 2015 and May 2016 on a train between Taunton and Bristol.
Mr Davies was arrested on May 10 and also questioned in connection with assaults on two other women, aged 31 and 46, which are reported to have happened on the same day, British Transport Police say.
Mr Davies was charged today (Friday, October 14).
He has been released on police bail and is due to appear before Bristol Magistrates Court on November 17.
