Gold again for South Petherton gardeners

AVON Bulbs in South Petherton have been celebrating after claiming another Gold Award from the Royal Horticultural Society at the Hampton Court Palace Flower Show last week.
The show saw Avon Bulbs, of South Petherton, receive a top award in the ‘floral marquee’ category.
The mail order company, owned by Chris and Caroline Ireland-Jones, received its 18th consecutive gold award and now has a total of 22.
Speaking after their previous win in June, Caroline said: “We’re really thrilled to have received this award – our hard work has paid off.
“It’s down to a great team and lots of hard work throughout the year.”
