THE Minster is set to be decorated with a host of creative Christmas creations when the town's tree festival is launched next week.
The Christmas tree festival is held for five days every year, this year starting on Monday, December 4.
The annual event sees a number of festive arrangements from the town's groups and families go on display the Minster church to raise money for worthy causes.
A launch event is being held in the Minster church at 11am on Monday, with the festival open to the public until 6pm.
People will then be able to browse the marvellous entries from 9am until 6pm until Saturday, when festival will finish at 4pm.
Last year saw more than 60 trees go on display, with around 2,000 people believed to have walked through the church doors in support of local charities.
