ILMINSTER’S second annual literary festival has enjoyed a successful run featuring poets, authors and artists.
The festival was launched at an event for members and supporters at the Shrubbery Hotel last Tuesday.
Gemma Verdon, chairman and trustee of Ilminster Literary Festival, said: “The audience attending the festival have been hearing action adventure tales by Julian Stockwin MBE held in the atmospheric Nyanza Lodge, the Masonic Hall in Ilminster.
“The festival closes on June 8 with an evening dedicated to Dylan Thomas to be held in The Minster.”
