DRIVERS on the A303 are facing long delays from Ilminster to South Petherton.
The A303 is closed westbound between Hayes End roundabout and Southfields roundabout due to a crash.
Police were called at 1.57pm to the crash near Ilminster.
A spokesman for Avon and Somerset Police said: "We were called at 1.57pm to a collision between two vehicles.
"One of the vehicles left the road and some passengers were left with minor injuries.
"An ambulance is heading to the scene.
"The westbound stretch of road between Hayes End roundabout and Southfields roundabout is closed until the incident is resolved."
There is also heavy traffic on the B3168 through Seavington with cars trying to bypass the A303 closure.
