"I think the staff team are really pleased. We have put in a lot of hard work. The baby room has had a lot of work and the new supervisor we have got was very happy."

The nursery caters for children up to the age of five with two separate rooms - Mini Monkeys for the children under two, and Cheekie Chimps for the older children.

The reports summary of key findings for parents said: "The provider and staff team monitor children's progress successfully. Staff use their observations very well to plan for children's future learning.

"Very thorough ongoing assessments enable staff to identify any gaps in individual learning and plan effectively to ensure that these close quickly.

"Babies develop strong bonds with staff, who are affectionate and responsive. Children of all ages show through their behaviour that they feel emotionally safe and secure.
