VISITORS of all ages to the National Trust’s Barrington Court property this summer have been able to “have-a-go” at archery during the summer.

There are more archery sessions on Monday, August 24, 2015, and Tuesday, August 25, 2015, from 11am to 4pm.

People will also be able to marvel at the Tudor-style armour within Barrington Court’s pavilion tent.Younger visitors have also been enjoying having their face painted all colours and creations while at Barrington.

The next session with a specialised face painter at Barrington Court will be on Tuesday, August 25, 2015, from 11am to 3pm.

The Tudor manor house was saved from ruin and restored by the Lyle family in the 1920s when the court house resembled a barn rather than the proud manor house that it is.
