TWO women were left shocked when a flasher exposed himself to them while they were walking their dogs in Ilminster.

Police are investigating reports of a flasher who is said to have exposed himself to the women in separate incidents before apologising.

The flasher was stood amongst the trees in Dillington Park before casually apologising and walking off in the direction of Bayhill Road.

Police are appealling for anyone in the area between 8.30 and 10.30am on Saturday July 11 to contact them.

The suspect is described as white, in his middle or late 20s, with short blond hair.

He was wearing an white t-shirt with some blue detailing on the front, blue shorts, and spoke with a West Country accent.

He has been described by one victim as being socially awkward and demonstrating strange behaviour.

He has reportedly been seen in the area of Dillington Park on a number of occasions acting strangely.
