A Horton man will be sentenced next month after pleading guilty to threatening and racially abusing a 13-year-old boy at Ilminster Rec.
42-year-old Paul Richard Parsons, of Two Waters Farm in Horton, originally pleaded not guilty to causing racially or religiously aggravated fear or provocation of violence towards the boy, but changed his plea to guilty during court proceedings.
The incident took place at Ilminster Recreation Ground on July 6 2014.
Parsons is due back at Somerset Magistrates Court in Yeovil on April 17.
