Crewkerne man Stuart John Cole to appear in court accused of smashing KFC window
A MAN accused of smashing a window at the Yeovil KFC restaurant has had his case adjourned for CCTV evidence to be viewed.
Stuart John Cole, 26, of Broadshard, Crewkerne, is accused of destroying a window on October 21 at KFC in Yeovil.
The defendant was due to appear before Somerset Magistrates to enter his plea but the case was adjourned to enable CCTV to be obtained and viewed.
Cole was ordered to appear back before the court at Yeovil on Wednesday November 30.
