Rising duo play South Petherton

UP-AND-COMING folk duo Megson are playing The David Hall, South Petherton, tonight (Saturday).

Members Stu Hanna and Debbie Palmer are fast making waves among the British folk and roots scene with their captivating songs and impeccable musicianship.

From their early performances on the London acoustic scene in 2004, the pair have developed a strong following, playing at festivals, folk clubs and art centres across the UK.

In 2005 they supported folk star Seth Lakeman on his post Mercury nomination tour and joined award-winning duo Show Of Hand on dates across the UK and Germany.

Their 2007 album Smoke of Home received critical acclaim and national radio airplay from DJ's such as BBC Radio 2's Mike Harding and Bob Harris.

The music starts at 8pm.

Tickets cost £10 full price, £9 concessions and are available by calling the box office on 01460-240340 or by following the link below.
