Help NCT branch trace its roots

A SOMERSET branch of the NCT is hoping to contact original volunteers who helped found the National Childbirth Trust in the county town.

The NCT Taunton branch needs help to confirm its 25th anniversary details as the original records were damaged by fire.

Group chairman Tabis Witherick said: "NCT Taunton Branch has a long history of supporting parents in and around Taunton. We believe the branch has reached its 25th Anniversary, but need help to confirm the exact founding year. We hope that parents who were the original volunteers will come forward to help piece our history together. We would love to find out how things have changed over the years."
