THE 2nd Chard Girls' Brigade Company held their 10th annual awards evening on January 28.

Members received good service awards from the Rev Marilyn Tricker, company chaplain, along with the badges that the girls had earned during the last few months.
Company special awards went to Nadine Legg (explorer section), Lauren Hole (junior section), Emma Palmer (senior section) and Louise Rose (brigadier section).
The company has vacancies in the explorer section for girls aged 4 - 7 years and meet during term time on a Monday evening from 5.15-6.30pm.
