Flaming good visit for Chard toddlers

CHILDREN at the Hercules Opportunity Group in Chard received a visit from the fire service today (Friday).

Chard firefighters Mike Page and Nathan Compton brought along a fire engine for the toddlers to explore and explained how the different pieces of equipment are used.

The visit was planned as part of a project on Fireman Sam that the children have been working on all week.

The group caters for children who have extra educational needs, as well as mainstream children aged from two and a half years.
