Have a stall at reservoir open day?

LOCAL organisations are being invited to have a free stall at the forthcoming countryside open day to be held at Chard Reservoir.

The open day is to be held on September 15 between 11am and 4pm and people are being invited to visit one of Somerset's best countryside locations.

Mary Pomfret, secretary of the Action for Chard Town group which is helping to organise the open day, said: "It would be good to make this event a real community day and also possibly attract some volunteers to help run the site."
