POUTING pooches will have a chance to strut their stuff at a dog show at Ferne Animal Sanctuary near Chard next month.

The show will be held under Kennel Club rules on Sunday, September 2, to help raise funds for the animal sanctuary.

Registration will take place from 11am with judging at noon.

A variety of classes will be judged, including pedigree and novelty, and there's a prize for best child handler.
