Downshifting exhibition

TRACEY Smith, local writer and broadcaster, will be at Chard Library next Thursday to talk to people about how they can slow down and green up.

Tracey, who writes a blog' for our online news site, will be holding an exhibition at the library throughout August and will be there for its opening on Thursday.

Tracey will be at the library from 12noon until closing to answer questions and talk to people about downshifting and sustainable living.

She said: "I will be talking to people about how to slow down and green up, how to do more, save money, save the planet, and do it all on a budget.

"It's about making small simple changes in our own homes that makes a difference."
