PUPILS from Avishayes School in Chard celebrated the start of spring with a day of Easter activities.
The workshop saw children taking part in a host of entertaining and creative crafts.
The Easter entertainment coincided with Red Nose Day and children had their faces painted, coloured in ducks, sheep and baby chicks, and decorated eggs using glitter.
The school also held a Easter garden competition, which was judged by school governor Father Jeff Williams, who said the entries were “fantastic.”
