TWENTY-nine Chard Camera Club members, family and friends left Boden Street Chard at 9am on July 3 for their annual mystery trip which this year turned out to be a day in Torquay.
After tea and coffee the group headed in all directions in search of the ten images required of them to capture for entry into their mystery trip competition to be held and judged on the October 6.
As the day progressed the weather slowly turned for the good and by the time they were due to leave the sun had shone through and many an hour was then enjoyed taking some excellent images.
It is with thanks to Peter and Joyce Partridge for organising the trip. The club is at present in the summer lay off period and will return on September 1.
The club is always on the look out to welcome newcomers to the club and anyone wishing to join them can always turn up at their meeting in the Baptist Church Hall at 7.30pm on the first and third Thursday of each month.
