Crews called to bedroom fire in Chard involving flat screen TV
A BEDROOM fire involving a flat screen TV had to be dealt with by two fire engines in Chard this morning.
The two fire engines were called to Touchstone Lane in Chard at around 9.30am.
When they arrived, the crews confirmed that there had been a fire in the bedroom involving a flat screen TV.
The TV was severely damaged by fire and there was heat and smoke damage to the rest of the room.
