CHARD's Beer Festival is once again up and running, with hundreds of people expected to raise more than £1,000 for chairty over the next two days.
The event, which is being held at Chard Football Club, is the second annual Chard Beer Festival with money being raised for Dorset and Somerset Air Ambulance.
The festival is organised by the Rotary Club of Chard and some of the money raised will be donated by them to local community groups.
Organisers have already celebrated one succesful evening, with the doors opening yesterday (Friday, April 29) from 7pm until midnight.
Doors are open again today from 11am until midnight, and tomorrow from 11am until 11pm.
There are 11 ales from four local breweries and some local ciders as well.
This afternoon there will also be a Chard reserve team game from 3pm, Jack Humphries will be providing the entertainment, and this evening Somerset band The IOUs will be performing.
Tomorrow, there will be a fun day with a bouncy castle, face painting and a barbeque.
Entry is free.
