CHARD and Ilminster are set for a mostly dry week, with rain not expected until Friday.
In their south west summary, Met Office said: "After a bright start to the day for most we'll see some sunshine lasting into the afternoon.
"There will be patchy cloud and perhaps the odd shower but the winds will be light."
The maximum temperature is set to be around 13 °C, before falling to a minimum of 4 °C overnight.
Tomorrow's forecast said: "Wednesday will see a crisp, bright start to the day with hazy sunshine lasting through the afternoon. With light winds it will feel pleasant in the sunshine."
The temperature is set to peak at 14 °C.
