CHARD and Ilminster are set for a dry but cloudy day today, with overcast conditions set for this evening.
In their south west summary, Met Office said: "It will be cold this morning with some early frost, but also plenty of sunshine.
"Cloud will push in from the northwest this afternoon with the odd shower in the north, and strengthening winds. It will be colder than yesterday."
The maximum temperature is set to reach 10°C, with that set to drop to 6°C overnight.
Tomorrow's forecast said: "Tomorrow is then going to be a largely cloudy and windy day.
"There will be some outbreaks of rain around, which should turn heavier and more frequent later on."
The maximum temperature will reach around 12°C tomorrow.
