CHARD is set for another day of sunshine and showers today, with the clouds rolling in this afternoon.

In the South West summary on Met Office website said: "After a bright and chilly start to the day it'll become increasingly cloudy from the west with some patchy rain arriving by midday. Through the afternoon it will remain cloudy with occasional rain or drizzle and some hill fog."

The maximum temperature is due to be around 16°C.

There is due to be some rain over night, with sunshine and showers forecast for tomorrow.

"It will be a bright and breezy day for many with just one or two showers developing through the course of the day."

The temperature tomorrow is due to peak around 18°C.
