YOUNGSTERS at the Lawns Children’s Nursery site at Chard School are celebrating after the rooms were refurbished.
Emma and James Sherman, of The Lawns, opened the rooms for children in September.
Emma said: “The rooms for the children aged birth to two years opened at the beginning of November and provide a homely feel.
“We have worked hard over the last five months in creating an environment that wil enhance young children’s learning and development and have spent around £70,000 to achieve this.
“We have had numerous comments from the children, parents/carers and visitors to the setting about how well the children have settled, and progress they have made since September.
“We are delighted to be working in partnership with the wonderful Chard School because of the facilities it gives the children access to.”
