THE League of Friends of Chard Hospital thank everyone who gave so generously to their collection at Tesco supermarket.

The total collected was £416.66.

Volunteers from the group were at the store on September 5 and 6 and treasurer Tony Prior said: “We are delighted with the result and we thank Tesco for allowing us to make the collection.”
