Chard man admits having lock knife in public
A CHARD man was given a two-year conditional discharge after admitting having a lock knife in public.
Gary Woolmington, 34, of Halcombe Estate, was also ordered to pay a £15 victim surcharge and £20 costs when he appeared at Yeovil Magistrates’ Court, after pleading guilty to possessing the offensive weapon in Crewkerne Road on January 10.
