THE first Crewkerne Farmers Market of 2014 is on Saturday in the town centre.
Almost 20 stalls will set up in Falkland Square from 8am to 1pm and offer locallyproduced food and drink.
Two of the new stalls at the December market are returning and it is hoped they will decide to join market long-term.
They are Cottage Game, which sells game meats from rabbit to venison and Supper Sorted, which offers a range of home-made meals.
Organisers are delighted to welcome back Bower Hinton Veg and Dorset Honey and Cider.
The RSPB is this month’s guest community stall.
A large car park is close to where the market is held. For farmers’ market dates across Somerset and details of all the producers, visit www.somersetfarmersmarkets.co.uk
