YEOVIL MP David Laws (pictured) will be in the spotlight next month when he is the special guest at the David Hall Performing Arts Centre’s very own chat show in South Petherton.
The “In Conservation with” events at the centre in Roundwell Street celebrate five years in 2012 and organisers have invited Mr Laws to take the hot seat on Friday, February 3.
Mr Laws was the first guest back in 2007 and since then he has seen a lot of changes and been at the centre of some major political stories.
In addition, local man Robin Ballard will talk about his interesting and varied life ranging from a medical training and background in the UK, Iran and Africa.
Tickets for the event on February 3, which starts at 7.30pm, are £6. They are available from N&D News in St James Street, South Petherton, or can be reserved by e-mailing boxoffice@thedavidhall.org or calling 01460-240340.
