Special donkey visitor at Chard church event

CHILDREN at the Messy Morning at the Methodist Church in Chard enjoy the company of their visitor Nicholas the Donkey.
CHILDREN were visited by a special guest at a Church in Chard this week – as a donkey dropped in to help teach them the Easter story.
The Messy Morning at the Methodist Church took place on Wednesday from 10am to 1pm, with crafts for Easter, fun activities taking place and Nicholas the Donkey dropping in at 11am.
The event was linked to Messy Church, which is designed to cater for families outside the usual church hours, and was organised by Chard Churches Together.
