Abandoned vehicle set ablaze
ARSONISTS set fire to a four-wheel drive vehicle at a farm on the outskirts of Chard in the early hours of this morning.
Two fire crews from the town was called to the incident at Nutshole Farm at about 12.15am and extinguished the blaze using foam branches.
The vehicle, a Toyota, is believed to have been abandoned at the site.
A fire service spokesman confirmed the cause of the fire was deliberate ignition.
