A MIRACLE Bridgwater man who survived an 80ft cliff fall is now relying on his remaining eight-and-a-half lives to keep him out of danger.
Self-confessed adrenalin junkie Matt Vorley insists he won't stop doing things “for a buzz”, despite amazingly surviving the horrific plunge at Kilve beach on Tuesday.
Mobile phone salesman Matt, 20, who lives in Bridgwater town centre, escaped with just a 4inch gash on his head after the ground crumbled beneath him while he was messing about with mates on the cliff top.
His pals looked on in horror as Matt plummeted about 80ft, cracking his head on rocks on his way down, before landing in a heap at the bottom.
Matt, who remained conscious throughout his ordeal, told the Mercury: “It all happened so quickly.
“I remember being terrified when I landed - I knew I wasn't dead but I thought I must be paralysed, it was so frightening."
