100 police in major drugs raids
POLICE in Taunton and Wellington carried out the biggest drugs operation the area has ever seen this morning.
More than 100 officers joined the raids on 13 homes in the two towns.
Suspected drugs were seized from a number of the homes, along with cash and credit cards.
Several syringes were discoverd scattered over one home.
Members of the community welcomed the police action.
