TAUNTON'S huge Party in the Park has come to a close after a barn-storming set of classics for Kaiser Chiefs.
A massive crowd gathered at the Vivary park during the support acts Victoria and Himalayas.
Then the indie rock headliners from Leeds launched into their opening number, Everyday I Love You Less and Less.

At around one hour and 20 minutes, the set was packed with singles, including number one single Ruby, and anthems I Predict a Riot, Modern Way, Everything Is Average Nowadays, Never Miss A Beat, and The Angry Mob.
Among the last few songs of the main set was a cover of The Who's Pinball Wizard which got the crowd dancing.
Frontman Ricky Wilson took a short break from his energetic performance to joke about his stint as a judge on The Voice before its move from BBC to ITV.

The encore saw the band tear through Na Na Na Na Naa from their first album, which was released 14 years ago.
They then closed with an extended version of their breakout song, Oh My God.
