STUCK: Wharf Lane in Ilminster
A MAN needed to be rescued after getting himself struck up a tree on a mission to save his drone.
A fire engine from Chard arrived to Wharf Lane, Ilminster, at around 6.30pm last night to reports the male was stuck up a 30 ft tree.
A spokesman said: "The male had become stuck after trying to retrieve his drone which had caught in the tree.
Fire Service personnel rescued the man by walking him down a triple extension ladder. Level one safety at height equipment was also used."
