£1,500 boost for Musgrove MRI Appeal thanks to Chard Rotary fundraising
CHARD’S Rotary club has handed out a cheque for £1,500 at an event which saw them raise another £390 for charities.
Robin Williams, president of Chard Rotary Club, presented the generous cheque to the Musgrove Park Hospital MRI Scanner Appeal.
During an afternoon enjoyed by friends and Rotarians, organized by the President and his wife, Christine, another £390.50 was raised which will go towards local causes chosen by the Rotary club.
