A BRAND new cider and music festival launched in a village near Ilminster at the weekend.
There were drinks and music aplenty at the inaugural Broadcider event, which was held on the grounds of Broadway and Horton Cricket Club on Saturday.
Bands on offer included Skimmity Hitchers, King Tuts Revenge, Palooka 5 and the Surfin’ Birds.
Mike Lacey, event organiser, said: “It went very well. It sold out and the weather held up.
“We will be bringing it back next year.”
