TWO people have been treated for smoke inhalation following a fire this afternoon.
Firefighters were called to a property in Riverside, Horton, at 3.42pm, with two engines from Chard and one from Ilminster.
A Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service spokesman said: "On arrival at the scene, crew confirmed the kitchen of the property heavily smoke logged and got to work with breathing apparatus to ventilate."
An ambulance was requested to attend the scene due to one person suffering from smoke inhalation.
Shortly after a second ambulance was called out due to a second person suffering from smoke inhalation.
