CAN I express my gratitude to two wonderful ladies named Sue and Sylvie?

They stayed with me on Pound Road whilst I was waiting for Green Flag to attend my car when it had a flat tyre.

I had already been waiting for over an hour when Sylvie and Sue arrived.

Thanks to them using their mobile to contact Green Flag again I was at last given a specific time after Sylvie had given them more precise instructions.

After being with me for well over an hour the ladies then decided it was OK to leave me, but promised to be back later to check.

Just as Green Flag turned up, so did Sylvie, bringing me a covered mug of tea that Sue had made for me.

It is so heartening to know such kindness and caring still exists, they really were such lovely ladies and I don’t even know their surnames.

Hopefully they may read this in your paper.
