BLACKMORE Anne Elizabeth passed peacefully away at Musgrove Park Hospital on 23rd April 2016, aged 72 years. Loving wife to Roy, mum to David, Rachel and Ruth and grandmother to 8. The funeral service will take place at Taunton Deane Crematorium on Friday 6th May 2016 at 12.30 pm. Family flowers only. Donations are being received in memory of Anne for the British Heart Foundation.
