Biker rushed to hospital following collision with car between Chard and Crewkerne
POLICE are appealing for information after a motorcyclist was taken to hospital yesterday afternoon having been involved in a collision with a car between Chard and Crewkerne.
The other vehicle involved failed to stop and police would like anyone who knows about the incident to call 101 and quote log number 719 of 12/03/15.
Paramedics were called to the seen on the A30 St Rayn Hill at around 5.14pm.
The biker had come off his bike and suffered chest injuries. He was taken to Musgrove Park Hospital in an ambulance. An air ambulance attended the scene but was not required.
